CHEMPLAST SYSTEMS cooling units are made from PP sheet by extrusion welding. They cool recirculating water and process solutions, including acidic and alkaline ones, where steel cooling towers quickly fail from corrosion.
The casing, fill and droplet separator are sized to the flow rate, temperature and composition of the medium. The units need no painting, are easy to service and can be repaired on site; fans, pumps and controls can be supplied as well.

We design and build plastic coolers for recirculating water and aggressive process solutions. A polypropylene casing and internals do not rust and withstand acids and alkalis, so the unit keeps working where steel equipment quickly fails.
