CHEMPLAST SYSTEMS process tanks are designed and built from chemically resistant polymers (PP, PE, PVDF) for heavy-duty service at chemical and electroplating plants.
To the customer's specification, the tanks are fitted with tank-side exhausts, heating/cooling systems, level sensors, nozzles and air-sparging pipes, partitions and drain valves.

Polypropylene process and electroplating tanks
We make process tanks from polypropylene and PE-HD for electroplating, pickling, degreasing, rinsing and other processes with aggressive solutions. Tanks are built to the dimensions of your line, with reinforced walls, drains, overflows and lids.
